1. What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and name (handled by Amazon Cognito). When you place a bid or order we additionally store the items, amounts, and timestamps. We do not store passwords — Cognito handles authentication.

2. How we use it

To fulfil orders, send auction notifications (outbid, winner), handle customer support, and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing networks.

3. Email

Transactional emails (signup verification, auction updates, receipts) are sent via Amazon SES. Replies reach our inbox at hello@layora.me.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one remembers your age confirmation for 30 days, one keeps you signed in (session cookie, HTTP-only). We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Where data lives

Accounts and orders are stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Transactional email runs from AWS Ireland (eu-west-1). Media is served via CloudFront.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@layora.me. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

This site is not intended for visitors under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
