1. Who we are

Layora Studio (“we”, “us”) designs, prints, and hand-paints collectible resin and FDM figures. These Terms govern your use of layora.me and any purchases or bids placed through it.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to browse mature content, place bids, or make purchases on this site. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Auctions & bidding

Each bid is binding. The highest bid at auction end wins if the reserve price is met. We reserve the right to cancel an auction in exceptional circumstances (e.g. fraud, error in listing). Contact us at hello@layora.me for disputes.

4. Handcrafted pieces

Every painted edition is finished by hand. Minor variations in finish, colour, and sealant between photographs and the piece you receive are an inherent feature of handmade work, not a defect.

5. Intellectual property

All images, designs, and written content on layora.me are owned by Layora Studio or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission. Original sculpts remain the property of their designers, credited where available.

6. Limitation of liability

Resin and painted collectibles are not toys and are not suitable for children. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or improper storage.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
